Introduction
Nykorych Artur (“we”, “us”, “our”) develops and publishes a family of free, ad-supported mobile applications for Minecraft PE (Bedrock Edition): mods, add-ons, maps, skins and texture packs.
This Privacy Policy governs all of these applications (collectively, the “Apps” or the “Service”). It informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use any of our Apps, and the choices you have associated with that data. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
We design our Apps to work without personal data. In particular:
- No account is required. We do not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
- No personal information is stored on our servers. The mods, skins, maps, and texture packs you browse and download are kept on your device and are not collected by us in any way.
- In the event of an error, the app may send anonymous technical diagnostics (see Log Data) through third-party products.
- Our advertising and analytics partners may collect certain device identifiers automatically, as described in Section 5.
Log Data
When you use the Service and an error occurs, the app collects data and information (through third-party products) called Log Data. This Log Data may include:
- your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address;
- device name and operating system version;
- the configuration of the app at the time of the error;
- the time and date of your use of the Service;
- other anonymous statistics.
This data is used solely to diagnose problems and improve the stability of our Apps. It does not identify you personally.
Cookies & Identifiers
Cookies are small files commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser by websites you visit and stored on your device’s memory.
Our Apps do not use cookies explicitly. However, the apps may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies or similar technologies (such as mobile advertising identifiers) to collect information and improve their services.
You can reset or limit your device’s advertising identifier at any time in your system settings, and you can refuse cookies in your browser — although doing so may affect some parts of third-party services.
Third-Party Services
Our Apps use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We work only with reputable providers and rely on their privacy commitments:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob & UMP | Advertising and consent management | policies.google.com/privacy |
| AppLovin | Advertising | applovin.com/privacy |
| CAS.AI (CleverAdsSolutions) | Ad mediation | cas.ai/privacy-policy |
| Bigo Ads | Advertising | bigoads.com/privacy |
| Firebase Analytics | Anonymous usage statistics | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google Play Services | Core app functionality | policies.google.com/privacy |
Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions), our Apps ask for your consent before personalized advertising identifiers are used. You can withdraw consent or reset your advertising ID at any time through the in-app consent dialog or your device settings.
How We Use Information
We use the limited, anonymous information described above to:
- provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- diagnose and fix errors and crashes;
- display advertising that keeps our Apps free;
- understand general usage trends to make the Apps better.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose not described in this policy.
Data Retention
We do not operate our own database of user data, so there is nothing personal for us to retain. Anonymous diagnostics held by third-party providers are kept according to each provider’s own retention policies, and advertising identifiers are governed by your consent choices.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland) or the CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to:
- access, correct, or delete your personal information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent for personalized advertising at any time;
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell personal information);
- receive a portable copy of your data.
To exercise any of these rights, or to reset your advertising identifier, use the in-app consent dialog, your device settings, or contact us directly — we will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
Links to Other Sites
Our Apps may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
